i agree, there's no point to adding an owner exclusive thing if the owner of a cw is barely ever playing their game, and besides, 9 times out of 10, they would just fill it with op stuff

the point of "staff only" is for extra stuff like reseting the map, (if reseting map is banned) and other "debug" stuff like that, its not for messing around and abusing it

Staff Only isn’t meant to be abused (in CW PW are a bit different) and Owner Only wouldn’t be different except for being able to abuse it more.

Also you can already kinda do this with Staff Only in PW, I did and I use it for a half and half of debug and op items. It’s like creative mode. (Minecraft, not the Yeeps game mode, it’s similar because you don’t die, have access to infinite cotton, and I’m able to activate certain events like lockdowns, gas leaks, or toggle on and off global cotton generators.)
