Everyone is assigned a random number from 1-16 that they cannot see and these items will be able to track this
Player input button or gate that tracks which player activated it and sends a signal out to a player input receiver
Player input receiver that you can assign a number from 1-16 will receive the signal from the same player numbers input and activates wires, tracks pressing specific triggers too
Remote team changer that can be assigned a number from 1-16 and will change the player with the same number when activated (the team color is color of block)
Player potion infuser that can be assigned a number from 1-16 and will apply a potion effect of your choice to the player
Player sign that can be assigned a number from 1-16 and will track when the player with the same number as it wins the round (green), loses the round (orange), kills someone (red) and gets killed (blue) and will send out a signal just like team sign
Wiring reset area that when its powered all wiring in the zone that you selected will get reset to default
Player leave detector that can be assigned a number from 1-16 and sends a signal out when the player that has the same number as it leaves
Client sided text editor that can be assigned a number from 1-16, can be assigned a command in brackets and when activated, the player corresponding to the number will see a different text there of your liking
Player token multiplier that can be assigned a number from 1-16 and increases the amount of a certain type of token you get (color corresponds to the token) and will have one for each type of situation that can give you tokens (death, killing someone, killing a mob, etc.)
Player zone that can be assigned a number from 1-16 and sends a signal out to the player zone receiver (sends out a pulse) of the same color when the player that has the same number as it is in the zone

It can’t detect if you’re a star creator
Its just for like if you want to track how many kills one player has
Or where they are
Like at the end of the round you can announce like who got the most kills on a team
Or maybe give certain perks to players for getting a certain amount of kills
If you cant think of a reason to use this then i can give you an example:
a fighting map where it balances out everyone equally so if you get like 10 kills in 1 minute you will get some debuffs like 0.5x damage to make it more even for less skillfull players
Player tracking blocks
Also if you think that you can just do this with teams then you’re wrong because if the person on the team leaves then the stats don’t reset
Tuff
Holy yap
Ok if you call this yap then you will like this https://discord.com/channels/1197017602292207666/1273442713018040455
@stuck lava @digital jay rate suggestion because i said so
It’s good
Fire
Huh
gtag hacker player tracking
Add a real player track😁
Its basically just a player identification system
Oh
It makes it possible to make player data saving, team classes, mvp tracking and even more
Nice
@terse star look at this
Also it wouldn’t take too much data since its just saving a on or off state
If they add it we can make saving progression systems and more advanced pvp maps
Maybe even adjusting systems to make players that have won a lot in a row debuffed to give less skillful players a chance
so each player just gets a random number that allows you to configure them
alright its pretty cool
Can I player track people then?
If you want to you can if you can figure out how to do it
I don’t want to
Then why are you asking
Idk im pretty sure its not possible but maybe someone could figure it out
Think someone has alr
With these blocks
And that person might be me :)
Bro who put the middle finger👨🦯➡️ 🥂 🪤
OK
Yuh!
I ain't reading allat 💀
Teams?
It doesn’t work since you cant track player data and say their names specifically
Also its supposed to work as a separate system
Also their isn’t a way to reset wiring for one area
Its a whole different thing
And it wouldn’t be possible with teams
Also you can assign people to different teams on command with this
wth i had an idea just like this and was thinking about ways to add on to it for like a week
Specific player messages or votes that can be assigned a number from 1-16 and will send a message or a vote to the player with the same number as it
Specific player damage multiplier that can be assigned a number from 1-16 and when activated will apply the multiplier to the player with the same number as it
Specific player item restrictions that can be assigned a number from 1-16 and when activated will block the player with the same number as it from creating certain items
Player token comparer (has = to, > and <) that can be assigned a number from 1-16 and will check the amount of tokens the player has and will send out a signal if it meets the constraints
Player token setter/giver that can be assigned a number from 1-16 that give or sets the player’s tokens to a certain amount
Sever token comparer that can be assigned a number from 1-16 that compares the player tokens with the other players tokens, can be assigned a number from 1-16 (has = to, > and <) and if the players rank meets the constraints it will send out a signal, will automatically adjust to the closest number equivalent when there are less players for example 16th place when there are 8 players would be 8th place
Server comparer excluder (has = to, > and <) that can be assigned a number from 1-16 will exclude you from server token comparer if your amount of tokens meets the constraint
Text editor that can be assigned a player number from 1-16, you assign it to a command in brackets and when activated any sign with that in brackets will be changed to the text of your liking
Client sided wireless signal that can be assigned a number from 1-16 amd will make anything powered by its signal client sided
When you type something like (player 1) it will write the username of that player in any block that has text, also has winner player/team and (playerinteracting) which changes the text to the players name
Player tracking wiring zone that makes all wiring in that zone client sided and adjusts player number assignments of blocks to the player

Some may be possible with out this but it cannot be done wirelessly currently
Just a more advanced expansion to tokens
hider detectors but better i guess
Holy long message but good idea
Why assign people a random number? Why not use their ActorNumber?
-# your ActorNumber is your unique player number while inside a photon room
Because it would be simpler to understand
Wouldn’t using their spot on the leaderboard be easier to understand than an invisible random number tho?
Ya thats what it is
Actually it doesn’t work like that since people will leave and they will move up a spot and all the wiring will get messed up
Wont really matter because you just have to replicate the thing you are doing for each player slot
Your ActorNumber does not change when someone leaves the room, it stays the same the entire time
There could be a rejoin issue tho
Actually no you could just subtract it technically nvm
Ya that would work
Yeah then they don’t need to extra stuff if they can reuse
Whatever works best for nathan when he’s making it
ActorNumber probably works better
Actually there is a better solution
The PlayerNumbering component does exactly what you want
It’s built in and doesn’t have the gap when someone leaves and rejoins
Yeah it’s so simple it’s literally just
PhotonNetwork.LocalPlayer.GetPlayerNumber();
Ya that would work
Yess add player tracking guys
