So all the meh OG’s remember Basement, where it was basically just a re-skin of suburb, well what if we were able to use the basement “biome” for our community worlds? Well, it doesn’t have its own tech web so no, but the biome re-skin update would be great for exactly that! There would be certain biomes that have its own type of re-skin, maybe even multiple for one! There could be a Desert for beach, Basement for Suburb, something for Snow, something else for Fantasy, and another something for Facility! It would be great!

You can paint the outside, but not the inside thing.

unless you mean something else, like the wall color if you lower the terrain
