Ban bombs from prop hunt

Many people use bombs mainly sticky bombs in prop hunt just to instant kill any person by hiding it in their body and running up to you or throwing them at you and some just use them to bomb every one when they get teleported when a round starts to kill and have almost everyone be a seeker making it unfair and frankly it does not use any skill and it mainly is just annoying to everyone else and takes the fun out of prop hunt

Bombs are a pretty common tool in most prop hunt games.
It's a great way to flush out hiders, and a skilled throw can take out a prop on the run.
They're also quite pricey, you have to use them sparingly if you don't want to be sent back to the cotton machines.

That being said, the folks who bomb the entire server at round start are definitely a problem.
Bombs should have friendly fire disabled, and there should be a small invulnerability window when the round starts
