0.025 Delays in wiring

The normal speed of the current is 0.05 seconds to travel from one wire to another, is it possible to add wires for 0.025 seconds?

I suggested fast wires that are 2 long and 4 long but activate the whole wire instantly (so basically 2x and 4x as fast)
