Basically it would be a new pass with every major update and would cost some real life money. The pass would have special rewards like cosmetics, blocks, and gadgets that aren't too overpowered. Every other day you would get some butt-coins like you said. Every day there would be a new reward to unlock and there would be a claim button. There would also be a claim all button that way you wouldn't have to manually claim every reward if you missed some days.
