i dont think using saved data as unique token types is going to be the most scalable but sure

also im pretty sure the amount of unique data points you can use is fairly limited since its only based on paint colors

which there are only so much of

i'd just like to be able to save local values based on triggers players do to then determine if theyre allowed a shortcut or access to something new

that'd open up a lot of opportunities for proper adventure scale worlds with rewards but even now having those tokens is a major gamechanger

not to mention it'd pop up on your screen when a token is given or distributed which would be annoying for logic

this probably wont be the first iteration on whats possible with community currency but at least we do kinda have local data storage

but you were blind, and had to run around

then there was a vote in lab
to make it monster

so there was barely any running
because the monster was slow (so way less fun) had a big glowing eye (so they were easy to spot) and there was barely any threat of losing, because the monster couldn't stop you from camping a hider door

not to keep beating the dead map
but it genuinely made no sense to force players to CONSTANTLY go get potion ingredients, when they could just wipe the potions if they wanted to
that just took away freedom of choice on how the map would be played for no reason

potion wiping between rounds just really made a boring map worse
because getting ingredients from around a massive, twisting map is boring as hell
