Secret shop is one of the most overlooked features in the game. There are a couple reason it’s not good anymore. 1. Gadgets are way too expensive. 2. Not enough reskins and cosmetics. 3. Some people don’t even know it exist, such as new players. What the developers should do is add a ton more reskins, make the gadget price is only double the amount of the base gadget so more people can afford them. And lastly, make the shop more accessible.

One other thing it’s in research facility and no body goes in that map. Especially in the vents.

if the price is only double the default, people will just get the reskin for cheaper than getting to and buying the actual item

it's like 4k to reach and buy grapplers, if there was a grappler reskin for 2k, why wouldn't I get that?
