I slightly shrink the arms so the sleeves can fit and I delete half of the sleeves so I don’t have to move the arms. Then I add the mirror modifier

@proper canopy how you make it not t pose you have to press the rig then go the thing in the top left corner and it should say object mode or something like that click on it and you will see pose mode then go on that and you can make it do a pose.
