Similarly to my other suggestion (https://discord.com/channels/1197017602292207666/1374233306710933504) this would work like the Marksman from ULTRAKILL, well... kinda...
The coin would cost 100 stuffing,
When holding the coin, you could either press the face button to flip it up in the air, or you could just throw it.
Now, when the coin is in the air, you can shoot it (here's where it gets interesting)
Shooting the coin with any gun (except shotgun) will cause the bullet to automatically target anyone within range with a faster bullet that does more damage.
If you are looking for more technical uses, you could throw multiple coins in the air, each adding a damage multiplier.
Feedback (ULTRAKILL reference :O) is appreciated!!
