This is because a lot of us including me want an actual rare item that stays rare because the Devon hat had another 10000 uses and now we are doing it with this but worse! That’s upsetting for a lot of people and even if it happens people who get it wouldn’t have a rare item anymore they would just have a fancy reskin that is almost just as rare as the other one. 😕
