I HAVE AN IDEA! A shift gate, rhymes with Grug. Has a port on all sides, 2 Input, 2 Output. The 1st Input is just a simple power input, and the 2nd input is the input that when turned on, shifts the output. And the outputs are the 2 outputs that get shifted.

All though you can do this with a toggle, button, and not gate, you can’t adjust when it’s powered!

You can build one, but its block heavy, and it would be easier to condense it into one singular block
