I don't know about this exactly, but I love the concept! I think it's better to have players be rewarded with these roles for being dedicated to the game and community, instead of some arbitrary application that anyone can do as long as their 14 or whatever, leaving behind everyone else.

• Have the majority of Lab Rats not do their job, some of them wont even have discord so they can't report bugs
• Wouldn't change anything about how Lab Rats are perceived

there is a reason why we have applications

yes it shows your dedicated to the game, but that doesn't mean you should be rewarded with something you have to apply for. being dedicated doesn't even give you labrat, its if you are dedicated to help play test and point out bugs
