Unfriending

Instead of having to leave the game to unfriend someone you can have a button right next to the name instead of under it. This button will unfriend someone if they are friended to you

I think you could pull a tag off of the red sign with your friends name on to unfriend them (kinda like the tag you pull to buy something off of a techweb or buying a cosmetic)
