So… Yeeps moderation, I have 2 ideas on how to fix it.

A and B team
Have an A team, and if one of them go on break a “B” team member fills their slot, if you moderate enough on the B team you can move to the A team.
Discord/Game mod separation
Have a separate application for Jr. game mod and Jr. discord mod, Discord mods can not have game mod and vice versa. And, if you aren’t active enough you will lose your role.
