Tag, hangout, hide and seek, and pvp don't have it because they're official worlds. community worlds need these to stay present, as dead worlds are just taking up server space. so worlds without donations are removed to both free up the name and a bit of server.
if they were to remove this, worlds would stay around forever, and server space would decrease drastically.
