Mini-Biome updates

Instead of adding a new map with a new biome, why not just add it to people's private worlds?

Since not everyone in the game would have access to a tech web from it, only have them be filled with decoratory items.

For example, bring back the desert biome surroundings as well as cacti and terrain blocks, but also add other small things specified to the map like block reskins, new gnomes/wildlife, etc.

With this update, other biomes could get minor updates like fallen leaves, snow piles, sandcastles, just small little decoratory blocks to add more character and life to maps!

Almost a nice little way to bring the desert biome stuff back while also opening a new door of opportunities for things like caves, cities and many more, as well as potentially adding new things to old tech webs

So when you go to buy a new map there would be the option for (example) desert instead of it being in a new public map (like the 2 new fantasy biome maps)

In this new map that you can buy you will find a new tech web, alike all biomes, with ONLY creative mode blocks, no gadgets or items. For example, the desert biome tech web would only have cacti, terrain and other small decorative blocks (like scorpion blocks, or dead bush blocks)

In the updated biome areas, you will be able to find the new stuff in public worlds, just not introducing any new maps.
Some stuff found on here could include new features, since they are in the public world, eg: leaf piles you can jump in, snowball piles you can throw from, digable sand, etc
