This seems like a bad idea. Lab Rat is just for beta testing, nothing else. It wouldn't make much sense to give Lab Rats their own special block, and it could lead to people just applying for the block. (Like the zipper, some people apply jiat to have it, and flex it)

In my case I think they are because you have a 1/180 chance to get chosen and I didn't get chosen for the prop hunt update and I did complete a content creator challenge for April and I was not on the list same with the first challenge so in my opinion lab rats are special.
