If you are wondering why this seems like they followed this suggestion, the item recolor that is in game was not based off. Any suggestion and is purely its own thing because if you just had charms that you could color, but you couldn't color the gadget to match the charms. You wouldn't have much fun reskinning your items would you? They said that they were going to add recoloring gadgets and stuff in the future. Maybe for a future Christmas update before in the LabRat announcements or in the official announcements they never said that their ideas came from a suggestion. This may have been seen but may have been forgotten as well. Don't get hyped up like oh they added my suggestion into the game because if they do add your suggestion bar for bar what you suggested and you were the only one that suggested it. You would probably get your in-game item for free because you suggested it that or you would get a butt coin reward. Do not hype yourself up about it, but also do not consider the fact that the current item recolor was not based off the suggestion. It's highly unlikely that it is because this has been suggested many times and Nathan already kind of wanted a sort of customization to items when he decided to make reskins of gadgets and items in the secret shop lol don't get too hyped but still get hyped
