This technically isn't nessacary, but it'd be nice if paints were released more often.

This example could be too much, but i think it'd work;

normal paints; 1 new paint every update
neon paints; 1 new paint every 3 updates

biome updates would prob still release 6 new paints along with a neon.

this would majorly help the music community come out of the deficit of not having the correct notes to do certain parts of songs, or just having that difference among the neons that provide that little bit of emersion.
