It's a sign that when you place down, you can slap and punch anyone.

It's mostly for people with no gadgets and being able to cool Minigames with and if you have no cotton or whatever you can fight them. Picture someone saying "I'll give you staff if you join my community world" and then you just start punching them ooooor punch Beggars ooooor bullies and all sorts of things you can do with them. And this is really useful for NEW players AND players with no gadgets.

If you have a health rule down, you can punch people and they lose 50 cotton per hit with a little less knock back. A little less than a bat.

If there's no punching Rule sign, there's no hitting people with your fist but if there is one then hitting is allowed

Also you can punching someone without freezing them and we all love slapping someone in tap tag. And if you have no weapons then you can punch someone. Or it's just more of a little thing that could make people have fun or defend or attack someone you know. I think then people wont have to use or buy weapons and not lose your freeze gloves. AS WELL AS not having to hold a bat for 30 minutes.
