Number two is temporary game rules the way it is diffrent is, it is wired and can change the time the rule is applied for or if a rule only applies to one player

-friendly teams ( this would be so a team could have two different branches like a speed branch and a knock back branch.)
Also most rules would not be free they would be about 300 for the ones the affect the game a little less to 800 for ones that affect the game a lot.
