Weather changer

For some maps, Ive wanted it to rain, but theres no option to make it rain.

SNOW : makes it snow. Theres gonna be some small little patches with snow on the ground, when you press trigger on it you get a snowball, (not the item just a white circle). When you throw the snowball it just explodes.

RAIN : makes it rain, theres gonna be puddles on the ground and when you jump on them just makes a little watersplash.

SUNNY : just makes it Sunny.

THUNDER : its the same as rain, but sometimes it just makes thunder.

That only applies to certain areas and can be disabled and enable, whether would let you have snow everywhere that can't be disabled
