If the winners that are supposed to respond within 72 hours don't they should make someone else the winner that is actually going to respond.
Because if the person that doesn't respond in 72 hours that means no one is the winner. So they should reroll the raffles slot for those that don't respond within the 72 hours.

They haven't said anything about that. Why didn't they mention this at the end of the live stream. This would be something basic that they should have mentioned.
That's how most raffles work if someone doesn't call out their number or come up to the podium to collect their prize. Reroll to see who could win.
