#New Role: First Cop

Since the beginning of this game, so many toxic people have gotten away with saying slurs. In order to stop this, I feel like we need these "First Cops". What are they? Jr. Mods but more restricted/less power.

I'm thinking it would be a grey/white/black colored role. They would act like in-game mods with out the power to see/edit tickets, use the mod item, or ban people. Basically ToxMod but actual people do it. The "First Cops" could get evidence and send it into a role exclusive ticket. From there a moderator could take action. Just a suggestion because of how long tickets take now-a-days.

First Cops:
They can flag people, where the flag will be reviewed by a mod.
They can delete old, inactive threads in the discord.
If they false flag multiple times, they can be removed from the program
Flagging is like a "special" report system where the report gets checked immediatly or when a mod is available

Personally I think there would not be an application (maybe)
Instead, I want the in-game and discord mods to interview someone they deem trust worthy. ||idk im just tired of writing an entire essay per application||
