you should have to be wearing the phone badge + green gog hat + the yellow shirt while holding a neon purple mortar turret, after completing these requirements you must go to the community world which you are not allowed to join unless you are wearing the items and holding the turret, in the world there should be a code where you have to do like 16 steps (all of which must be quite hard) and then you put that in the promo code machine which gives you it
the community world would be in a hidden letter dispenser in a random minigame
or even better, theres a hidden sign thats very hard to find with one letter in each minigame, each having a number next to it (the spot of the cw code that letter goes in) and that owuld be how you find it
