my opinion on these rating images:
the head is often lopsided, you should focus on making it more circular
assistant's hair looks more like a black hemisphere on his head, maybe give him a cowlick or something and have the line between his hair and head be a lil more jagged than a straight division
the facial expression is on point and quite unique being, although the eyes could definitely do for being a little thicker
the body is mostly fine, although the legs shouldn't go inwards
the feet and hands are done pretty well, they look extremely natural
the arm thickness is quite inconsistent, try to have some type of anchor for where the arm starts from the torso
other than that, these definitely aren't bad :P

i say 7/10 mostly cuz the hands are uneven and the teeth feel the slightest bit too small, but besides those small critiques it's got great shading and highlights
