ok, i got some tips and what it COULD look like to use them!!

1. use warmer colors
   by this, i mean you should use colors that arent so pale, they can work well, yes for shading too
2. figure out where the light is coming from
   figure out where your light source is, so you know where to put highlights and shadows
3. highlights
   use highlights on the opposite side where the darkness is, so on the side your light source is
4. shadows
   put warm tones matching your base colour
5. expressions
   be expressive with the faces!
6. hands
   use rounded fingers, blocky hands sometimes can make your art look a bit weird (not in a bad way!)
7. highlights 2
   when you do the highlights, add another layer clipped onto the base colour, and do an airbrush.
8. zipper (OPTIONAL)
   for the zipper (if you want) you can add a zigzag in it for detail
9. face

• eyes
  for the eyes, you can keep them the same, just add a small highlight with the same colours as the other ones
• mouth
  if you have the tounge out, have a small yellow highlight on the edge
• lil thing in middle
  for the blush thing detail thingamabober, you should use a warm tone behind it with a painterly style, or just airbrush
• eyebrows
  if you want to, you can add them

10. head size
    make the head a lil smaller
