It is a wiring block that is used to make explosions and smoke, my favorite :). The wire input is on the bottom of the capacitor, and the gas-spewing output is on the top. The cool thing about this block is that when you paint it a normal color (unless it is glowing, for more info read a little more), it will produce the same colored smoke. Glowing paint however will make the capacitor explode with the following:

Glowing Yellow Paint= New Shock effect, which will cause you hands to move on their own rapidly

Glowing Orange Paint= Destruction Bomb

Glowing Cyan Paint= Freeze Bomb

Glowing Green Paint= Radiation Bomb

Glowing Pink Paint= Impulse Bomb

Please bring this to the top of the suggestions and remember, YEEPS DON'T SLEEP!!!

I guess but I feel like they should just replace the neon does this neon does that for all things and instead add an item that changes functionality

Painting a cannon changes trajectory, while the capacitor uses paint for what comes out of it

And again, it works with wiring

Cannons are more for pirate ships, while the capacitor is used for let's say dungeons that use wiring
