So instead of the Geiger counter doing nothing, it can also spit out radiation in exchange for your cotton. Also after a certain amount of radiation (3-5 bombs total) it goes on cooldown for 15 seconds

(This is a reskin. The item uses the same amount of cotton a regular bomb takes, but per second)

Alternate use: it can suck up radiation and spew it back out for cotton. It would spew it out kinda like how bubbles do in bubble guns
