grappler nerf

I think the biggest problem with grapplers is people sitting with them. Either dangling or using them to climb back up by pulling on one rope. Most times this is fine but it can be annoying. I think we sh like be able to cut the ropes with bats/swords or other items. Sometimes it’s not worth it to throw something at them to break the grapple or to go down yourself and hit them

Especially on maps like boat battle where nearly everyone uses bats
