Many players (especially young kids) get the rules about griefing confused, so It would be very helpful to have a more in-depth secition for greifing rules in the game so false reports aren't as common. I know it says you're allowed to destroy builds in play mode, but people still commonly get confused with the rules and end up false reporting.

It's called a false report for a reason. Someone reported you because if their opinion on the rules, nit the actual rules. If it was a "report" because of their opinion, then the rules don't matter.
In other words, you're saying the rules are malleable because all reports are reports. However, the rules aren't malleable so some reports are falsely accusing a player, making the term "false reports" a real thing.
