Currently there's no incentive to win a round of hide & seek.
Finding a masterful hiding spot is great and all, but it usually leads to you sitting in one spot silently for the entire round. It's much more fun to give up and become a seeker.
And as a seeker, it's more fun to mess around with your other seekers than try to hunt down a well hid hider.
So I'd propose a butt-coin reward for winning, it doesn't have to be big, I'm sure even 1-10 butt-coins would be enough for players.
That being said, the reward would be different for every player:
Hider Win - 10 Coins
Alpha Seeker Win - 5 Coins (Whoever's chosen to be the first seeker)
Seeker Win - 1-2 Coins
The highest reward is for hiding without getting caught, this incentives everyone to not just sit in the center of the map coin-farming. The reward for the first seeker is also higher, giving them a reason to aim for a win. And everyone who was a hider but got tagged gets a more-or-less participation reward to encourage them to not just give up.
