Tough Icicles and Brittle Blocks!

With the confetti cannon and brittle blocks, a bunch of new mechanics have been introduced into the games. Though one problem is that mechanisms can be broken if a player gets near (ie icecicles). So I suggest that coloring icicles and brittle blocks neon causes the player to not be able to activate either via their hitbox.

If you don’t want icicles falling on people put a block infront of them

If you don’t want brittle blocks falling turn them sideways

What I am suggesting is a function to make these blocks only active due to other causes

I am not saying that they don’t fall at all. I am saying that there should be a way to make activating them more difficult, hence making them tougher

I also make contraptions, I’ve been doing it since I started playing the game months ago. But you can break a permanent contraption with players interference. You can also add measures to stop that, like I provided above

Dude I’m curious about your last two parts of that paragraph

1. I don’t care about the icicle falling on players, I care about players causing icicles to fall breaking contraptions
2. Turning brittle blocks sideways does not solve the problem, the problem is that the only “toggle” block can be activated via play collision

I’d suggest looking at what I said before yapping anymore.

While breaking brittle blocks that are vertical is more difficult, it is still very doable

And plus-we need some use for a neon-brittle block

Most blocks with a function can be colored neon to change some aspect about them. I don’t understand why you’re so against this.

And this could lead to a possible tweak: regular brittle blocks can always be broken by players (making it easier to break vertical brittle blocks)
