Fireworks weren’t meant to be spammed, I don’t think. There’s a time and place for all the gadgets, the firework nerf just emphasizes that. Plus, two will still get you to most places unless you’re falling.

not spam, per se, but if fireworks are too op then grapplers are too op

Spamming grapplers uses way more cotton than fireworks usually, so I’d say they’re fair in that aspect
