This is hardly different from just throwing the portal ball higher or slower, and you can do more complex stuff with mixing the bomb blocks with the ball anyway. I don’t think this is necessary

Maybe when it explodes it teleports anyone that is the blast range to the player that threw it and maybe they could add a item that goes with it a little antenna that you can stick to people and when you use the bomb the people that get teleport get teleported to where the antenna is
Or instead of a antenna they could use the voice decoy if you stick your voice decoy to something or someone that’s where the bomb will send the people that get teleported
