Ok so hear me out. I am going to propose two ways this could be done. Both would be cool but one is way better than the other. Instead of just having a bow with built in arrows like the pellet gun, you could use the sticky explosives( like smoke sticky and impulse sticky as well) as ammo. So you could load it yourself but also have different arrow types. And the sticky explosives already cost Cotten! And then there could just be a base arrow that would cost cotton to use. And the bow would come with this arrow.
