THe steps listed in all the generic errors, or non-entitlement errors do not work. I have verified updates, uninstalled/reinstalled the game, rebooted MANY times, still getting the same "Entitlement Check timed out"

I think the problem is that the cause of the issue seems to vary from person to person, so the solution also varies

For me, it always fixes itself after a game restart, but that's not super helpful since most people don't get it fixed that way
