A mod can give this hat to anyone that acts dumb/rude but not rude/dumb enough to be banned

This hat cannot be removed by the player and it hides all cosmetic until time expires or gets removed

If the mods think it's necessary the hat can auto mute the player to others so they can't be heard by others. (Players can unmute the dunce hat if they want)
