Name hovering: when you put your hand on a block that ISNT yours it will show the person who placed that blocks name above the block, preventing anonymous griefing/inappropriate behavior

Limited Grief: Make it so you cannot pick up or take anyone blocks without permissions from the block owner, if that owner leaves the blocks will be free for everyone to have (to prevent spamming requests make it so only the owner grants permission and cannot be sent requests from others)

more: if you point at someone it will show their name, no matter how far they are (trigger and a/b) ((NOT BUMPER))
