Hey, the same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. I think I got banned today for no apparent reason... when I try to login it says error 403. I tried reseting my password and all but nothing works. Official website doesn't have any customer support either and I don't know who to contact. Just for the record I was playing on steam deck because my pc is broken at the moment and the controles aren't fully supported so maybe that's why they thought I'm using a third party engine. Still, nobody to contact...

I am having the same problem. Before, I was playing only on my phone, but after Miscrits came to Steam, I switched to Steam Deck, but today when I try to login i see error 403.
