I really feel like this show is prob one of the best shows in modern animation aka the last 10 years, the only thing I think comes close is something like invincible or arcane. I can't wait for that Batman show that is coming out, it seems really good and the art style and animation is really cool as well. It has potential to be one of the greatest superhero shows in the last decade as well

I thought Madelyn would go to talk to him since she had Jeans memories and I thought she’d care but she didn’t

I think he met with someone there who told him the Godzilla sentinel was coming

#

And they told him the only way to save rouge was to sacrifice himself

I have two guesses

One somewhat makes sense

#

The other makes more sense

#

Either Apocalypse told him he had to sacrifice himself to save Rouge so he could have him as his horseman of death

#

Or he made a deal with Mephisto to sacrifice himself for Rouge without knowing that he’d become death for apocalypse
