7k is amazing number and it’s based on the tier level of the boosts within. Doesn’t actually take into account the functionality, so often people do get a high rating when it’s not an awesome combo of skills.

You want the Voltage, High Speed, Rune Awakening Speed, and Lightning Domain. Focus on those 4 ones. The rune awakening duration is good as well as the ultimate thunderstorm thing but they aren’t necessary and you don’t need both of them to be effective, same with the projectile ones.

IMO she’s easier to dodge than cap. I would say cap is harder as a pure melee because if you’re solo you probably do die unless you’ve got super high armor and lots of heals (or facing lower level)
