Hoping come Season 2.5, they do away with the competitive map pools issue. It'll be fine down the line in a year or two when there's more maps, but arbitrarily limiting the amount of maps in rotation when there was already a stark lack of them on release (from which you've only added two more), AND coupled with the high chances of seeing the same map twice, thrice, or even quadruple times in a row, accentuates the games growing staleness

Alot. I play with my buddy who's a torch so we counter healer ults with ours, mainly Ban namor n hela or namor n spidey just to not get picked off

Works out really well if you can use your kit well especially using your lightning throw to finish your kills your divers trying to run

Only counter to it is just target storm in her ult tbh

I'm never high up unless I'm getting backing picks while we're pushing

But even then I'm only a little higher up just enough to see backside but visible to my healers.

The 3 act structure of the Gala Event felt like it could use more work. You have to clear all the missions in Act 2 Part 1 to unlock the missions in Act 2 Part 2 and then you have to beat those missions and wait a whole day to unlock Act 2 Part 3 and only then can you nlock Act 3. And since Act 2 has [Unlock 4 Gifts] as a mission, you'll have completed it by the time you get halfway through Act 2 Part 2. Yet still you will have to cram missions to even get to Act 3, and you'll have enough coins at that point to clear the challenge in a snap

But that is neither here nor there.

Convoy and Convergence maps clear Domination maps imo:
Royal Palace is an atrocity besides Bitfrost Gardens.
the Wakanda one is just kinda mid/bad all around, not as bad as Throne Room/Odin's Archive though.
Hydra Charteris is solid, not a fan of the moving parts but besides that I think all of them are decent.
Krakoa is just alright, nothing spectacular but not bad.

The only Convoy/Convergence map I'm not a huge fan of is Central Park, mostly because it takes the "map rebuilds itself" gimmick a bit too far.
Klyntar has an annoying gimmck, but the layout saves it.

Its the environmental hazards for me man, Idk why they decided every map needed an interactive element when Ima be so real with you the only interactive element I like is the portals. The buildings rebuilding themselves just eats my frames and has saved more people than it ever should have from dying, and Klyntar having those symbiote walls on an already small map has prevented me from getting to point sometimes when a groot was on the enemy team cause theyd big wall on front entrance and cover side entrance with the venom wall

Idk if it's just me, but Arakko might honestly be the worst designed map in the game so far, and it's not even close to me. Every other map feels very open, and actively fair on both sides, with very little stigmatism to either side. Arakko, however? It's the most irritating map to play in the entire game for me I'm on the attacking side, because it feels so restricted.

the wakanda maps have cool effects when you break alot of the map (i just wish they were more impactfull), klyntar has the symbiote spores, hellfire gala has portal play, spider islands has the spider bots keeping up destroyed buildings, new york has reverse map destruction, yggsgard rebuilds the maps after you destroy it and the hydra map moves around

i wish the hit boxing on all the maps were better. its insane how often i get stuck on the map when there's literally nothing there or seeing rockets put down respawn beacons just to watch it bounce off the wall and land across the map because they hit an invisible angle. its also super inconsistent when im playing C&D and when ulting, some stairwells let me glide over and some of them trap me (same issue with payloads and corners especially if the environment is destructible) the Wakanda KoTH maps are actually the worst when it comes to these specific problems

DPS might be the hardest role because you provide no value to your team if you can’t get kills. Every other role can offer some value if their main role is being compromised (i.e Adam and Mantis damage output, Captain America dive abilities, Thor’s offensive abilities etc.)

If a DPS can’t get kills they will only feed the other teams support ults. DPS can’t do anything else other than get picks
