Elsa I still don’t know how to play around without one shot combo’ing her when she doesn’t have cooldowns but you get used to everything else since she’s substantially weaker than most other chars (not because Magik is weak but characters like Elsa or dd are blatantly better)

once you hit a point you just know how to play around your counters

Namor doesn't fly by design, for similar reasons as Magneto. He's an anti-dive poker which is a niche that shouldn't have too much mobility. Also no one is frustrated with that cause frankly most people don't like namor. But I have seen others discuss how his kit fails to accurately represent him.

As for Iron Fist, I think it's a side effect of how his melee tracking is because it use to be almost tracking auto-aim in nature? I don't know if you were around for that but he was kinda like a melee wanda with how forgiving his primaries were. Plus it's just good ingeneral to have a melee character with good vertical mobility because of the existence of flyers. You could argue that it could've been a character that it makes more sense for.... which is probably true but that's just how we ended up I guess.
