• What exactly happened and where (Voyage or Storm Dive), plus clear steps to reproduce
• Server/Region, solo or in a party, and the approximate time it occurred
• Whether it happened on the Trampler or outside, and if your Trampler was custom or default
• Screenshots/video if possible
Also attach your logs so we can investigate: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Hologryph\SAND\player.log and player-prev.log
If it’s a technical issue (disconnects, crashes, missing Tramplers/inventory, long loads/performance), try these first:
• Update Windows and GPU drivers
• Verify game files
• Lower graphics for long loading
• On Linux/Steam Deck: install Proton BattlEye Runtime from your Steam library
