Thanks for reporting this. It’s a known issue where characters can get stuck on props (like rails, stairs, ramps, scaffolding, or similar objects), which can include chairs and boxes in cities. Workarounds: try jumping and crouching to free yourself. If that doesn’t help, respawning is currently the only fix.

Got the same problem and after respawning i can't find my dead body!!!! Is that normal?

There’s a known issue being actively investigated where the character may fall under the terrain after being killed or after pressing the respawn button. If that happens, your previous body/model can end up below the ground, so you won’t be able to find it.

We don’t have a timeframe to share, but here are steps that help with frequent disconnects:

• Press F11 to check your ping and make sure you’re on the closest region.
• If you hit a disconnection loop, try switching servers.
• Run the game as Admin.
• Ensure your firewall/antivirus allows the game.
• Prefer a stable, wired internet connection.
• If possible, quickly test another connection (e.g., a mobile hotspot) to rule out your ISP.
• On Steam Deck/Linux, install the Proton BattlEye Runtime from your Steam library.

If your disconnects show “kicked due to suspicious activity,” that’s an automated safety system we’re actively fine‑tuning. High ping/lag spikes, certain in‑game bugs, or background software (other anti‑cheats/overlays/antivirus) can trigger it. After a few kicks you may also see a temporary matchmaking cooldown (usually about 1 hour).
