After quitting yesterday (without having deleted the character) and logging in today my character is gone and all my 7 hours of progress is lost.

Please check you’re logging into the same region you chose when creating that character. Characters (and their inventory/tech tree) are tied to the region; selecting a different region will show different characters. Switch back to the original region to access your previous progress. Note: Trampler blueprints are shared across characters.

If you didn’t change regions and the character is still missing, please share more details here to help investigate: a clear description and steps before it disappeared, screenshots/video if available, your Server/Region, whether you were solo or in a party, and a link to your Steam profile.
