A very consistent bug I've been encountering in ALL my runs, solo or with friends: Items in inventory, both equipments (guns or jacket) and items (foods, energy rods,...) doesn't get brought back when extracting successfully. Items in boxes on shelf get brought back fine.
What I and friends had to start doing is putting all our stuffs back to boxes when extracting, but this causes a headache when splitting the loots because some might have brought in a better gun, extra resources and so on.
