again the release cycles of new features, legends, qol, crossovers, mallhalla skins, battle pass, etc, are all desynced from each other
they sometimes have to wait each others turns as to not release one massive patch at a time but thats usually at most a 2 week difference

also youre implying that a dev is a generic resource which is very much not the case

someone working on anims has no idea how to code a new gamemode
